The speech and debate team kicked off their season this weekend with the online Rockdale Magnet School Cider and the Spice Tournament in New York. The tournament housed seven states and over 300 competitors.  

These are the gators results!

For Informative Speaking: Kenzie Moore came in 3rd

For Humor the results were,

Izzy North coming in 2nd

Malia Ortiz coming in 4th

Claire Oseas coming in 5th

For the POI: 

Pierce Roderick is the Tournament Champion

         George Lee came in 2nd

For Duo: 

Lexi Coleman and Liv Michaelson are the Tournament Champions

For Drama:  Tigerlily Chandler is the Tournament Champion

              Victoria Mitchell came in 2nd

              Eloise McCormick came in 3rd

              Emma Hall came in 4th

              Karla Estrada came in 5th

The novice (1st year) competitors will be competing “in” Colorado this coming weekend and the varsity members are competing “in” Oklahoma.
