UNLV Information

We understand that a lot of people were majorly impacted by the UNLV shooting on Wednesday. Green Valley administration and the counseling department are here to give you resources you and your family need to cope with the tragedy. If you need to talk to your counselor, tell your teacher. Social and emotional learning counselor, Kanesha Matlock says that if you do not want to talk to a counselor, try communicating with a social worker or a trusted adult. She also advises students to join Green Valley’s Hope Squad which is a proactive group that works together to promote a school-safe environment, the well-being of educators and students, and more.
