New Start Time Proposal

Get your chance to sleep in some more gators, CCSD is proposing school starts 30 minutes later in the start of the 2026-2027 school year. Most CCSD high schools begin at 7AM, most middle schools at 8AM, and most elementary schools at 9AM Under the proposal, these times would shift for 30 minutes later. Fill out this survey to input your choice. The survey asks about potential impacts on family schedules, transportation, childcare, work arrangements, and student activities. All responses are anonymous and will help inform the Board of School Trustees’ decision-making process. The Survey will be available until October 17, 2025.
