All-State Choir

Congratulations to the following GVHS Choir students who were selected for the 2024 Nevada All-State Choir:  Cam Araujo, Ireland Barclay, Celeste Barry, Ellery Bartucci, Blake Bauer, Alison Bollard, Alahna Burns, Alexa Megan Clemente, Shawn Anthony Collado, Jairo Dancel, Annika De Lima, Jayla Flowers, Katie Gallagher, Zachary Gardner, Jayme Gibbs, Nathan Gibbs, Joshua Huslig, Lily Jacobson, Johnny Karigianes, Quinn Kocinski, Bryan Lopez, Amaya Mackey, Molly Mccartney, Eros Mendoza, Earen Mertes, Franklin Nguyen, Makenzie Niewinski, Yna Ocan, Samantha Olea, Kena Papanek, Lincoln Pettitt, Grayson Reece, Wyatt Reece, Mary Rodriguez, Claudia Sanchez, Ben Smead, Andrew Steed, Weston Steed, and Eric Strohl.

Special recognition to Johnny Karigianes, Earen Mertes and Yna Ocan who were named section leaders.  They received the highest score in the State in each of their sections. 

GVHS had the most students selected from one school in the entire State of Nevada. They will be performing on April 19th at 6:30 p.m. in Artemus Ham Hall at UNLV. Way to go Gators!
