Seal of Biliteracy

Can you speak more than one language?

HENDERSON NEV. (GVTV NEWS)- If you can speak more than one language, you can apply for the Nevada Seal of Biliteracy! The Nevada Seal of Biliteracy (NSOB) is an award given to recognize students who have attained proficiency in English and at least one other language by high school graduation.
In addition, the NSOB is evidence of bilingual skills that are attractive to future employers and college admissions offices. You don’t need to have taken a world language class to apply, but you will demonstrate proficiency in both languages using a free district-approved exam.

To apply, you can click this link or ask any of the foreign language teachers! Any students can stop by room 823 to ask questions.
