Next Level Flag Football is a program which began last year here at GV in partnership with Next Level Sports.
This program is different from other flag football leagues around the valley. First, this is student athlete oriented. All the coaches, refs, and game operations are run through our football guys here at GV.
There of course will still be plenty of adults around to help with the kiddos that register, but the general operation is done all with our athletes! This is actual employment for them.
Coach Mauro is the Site Director. All fees go towards our athletes in our communities instead of various league organizations.
The league runs on Sundays from January 28th- Mid-March.
It’s only 1 practice and game a week. Athletes come in, get an hour practice right before their game, and their games are right after practice. In and out in generally 2 hours.
It’s a Nike sponsored league so kiddos get that big time feel! We had a lot of GV staff members put their kiddos into the league last year and they all seemed to really enjoy it.
