Bright Futures Walk

CCSD Uses Bright Futures Walk to Re-engage Students!

The Clark County School District (CCSD) held the Bright Futures Walk, designed to rally the entire community in support of elementary, middle, and high school students who are not yet enrolled in school.

This week, more than 200 CCSD staff and community members contacted approximately 500 CCSD families whose students were enrolled during the 2024–2025 academic year but are not currently enrolled for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Superintendent Jhone Ebert, CCSD Board of School Trustees Members as well as other CCSD leaders participated in the community walk and knocked on doors across the valley.

Through coordinated community walks and home visits conducted by school staff and community volunteers, the initiative seeks to engage students and their families by providing access to resources, assessing overall well-being, and fostering renewed connections with their respective schools.
