The POP Foundation recognizes 10 outstanding Silver State Schools Credit Union Student Members each year for their academic excellence, extracurricular achievements, and community involvement.
Recipients of this prestigious scholarship receive $2,000 per year*, renewable for up to four years, for a total award of $8,000. Eight of the ten renewable scholarships are merit based, one is need-based, and another is reserved for a future teacher. Becoming a Student Member is simple! Any student can join Silver State Schools Credit Union by opening a Savings Account with just $5.00.
Since 1989, Silver State Schools Credit Union and the People Over Profit Foundation have awarded over $1,300,000 in scholarships to outstanding Nevada High School Seniors.
The 2025 Scholarship application deadline is 11:59 pm PST on Friday, March 7, 2025.
